• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

oh jeez that's sad.. do they not have rabies vaccs there? If it were that prevelant I'de think it should be mandatory. And beating them to death? If they HAD to go, shouldnt there be a more humane way of doing it? I don't get it. . . :?
 
Yes, I heard about that Thursday morning on National Public Radio.

It's unconscionable, yet somehow acceptable in that culture. My coworker's boyfriend has to go to China every few weeks to work. She has told me things I could never repeat for fear of burdening another human being with a disturbing mental visual.

It is absolutely unacceptable and unbearable to think there are people who think nothing of doing this.
