zippable, put away-able soft dog bed?

I don't know if such a thing exists- I have an idea that I've seen it somewhere. What I'm after is effectively a doggy sleeping bag that can be zipped up/folded into a bag and put away. At the moment when we go to my parents' on a Sat night, we take Holly's basket. That's gonna be a real bind once we have all Katie Claret's stuff to take too, especially since she (the pup) will be using a crate of some sort. My mum doesn't want a proper dog bed in the house that she has to put away. Any ideas? Preferably in (soft) basket format- Holly loves to snuggle against the side.

Not sure Lisa, we have a specific bed that goes everywhere for Merlin - when we go campiing an old sleeeping bag gets thrown over it - I've not really thought about the new baby - I'm hoping that Merlin will eventually join Oakley in the crate......

I'm not gonna bother with another bed for here, at home- but I do need something to give my mum. The amount of stuff I cart every week for one night is already ridiculous; once puppy stuff is added it will become absurd! I'm trying to cut down. I'm thinking I'll prepare a bag of equipment that I can leave at my mum's for Holly, and then it's just the pup-stuff

It is! If you need something sleeping bag size ( in terms of storage space) that you can take with you, it's ideal. The whole thing's washable, and it's easily big enough for two Cavs. The picture is deceptive- the inside cushion is much softer and plushier than it appears.

I'm so impressed with it. It's big enough for two and the nice people even chuck in a cuddly toy! Holly's a soft-toy fiend, so that really is something. I look forward to showing my mum on Sat, even tho it won't get much use after this weekend and next- my mum refuses to let me stay when I have a baby puppy, and I get baby on Oct 9th!

I think my grandmother's gonna be more interested in my little financial windfall this week though; she wants me to replace my toilet. There's nothing wrong with the existing one- her issues are purely cosmetic!
