    Default Doggy Steps

There are fairly inexpensive "doggy steps" being marketed in the US via TV spots (call into the 800 number). I also saw them at a target store and saw some at Target online too - $39.99 for 4 steps. As I recall, that's a little better than Fosters & Smith:

Here's the site for the product & their TV commercial. The price looks better on this site, but I'd check to make sure the shipping & handling doesn't make it just as pricey as ordering through Target:

My bed is pretty high, so I am planning to get the 4 steps for my bed and probably the 3 steps for the sofa.

I've heard from others that these can be kinda wobbly as they are foam. We have a wood set with carpet over them...very sturdy, but the cats use them as a scratching post!

I saw these the other night and they are really flimsy. Spencer is sometimes uncoordinated with steps (patella surgery was in July) so my husband did some research and this is what we got for our bed:

So far Spencer likes it a lot though when he's really excited to get in bed he forgets to use it.

Hi, thought I'd post a link to this other thread about dog steps/stairs:

    I like Spencer's ramp, too!

The 'doggysteps' that we have at the 4 high one that you link to Lani...but they are not foam The are plastic and snap together to be very sturdy. The cover over them makes them look as if they are foam, but we like ours.

Duncan hits them at full speed to launch himself on the bed and not once have they tipped over or even creeked under the force of an 18 lb Cavalier bounding on to them

We actually bought the 3 high at bed bath and beyond becasue we had a million 20% off coupons and then ordered the 4th step conversion kit.
