I worked for the fish counter at Tesco for years while I was at college and then I had to learn butchery skills when I went into management for Somerfield.

I've been known to buy whole ducks just so that I can use my sebatier knives! I love chopping things!

Kirsty, remind me never to annoy you. I think you must be very, very, scary.... Sounds like you'd be right at home on a fanfiction board I used to frequent. A number of people had a disturbing predilection for carving knives and using them on hapless characters- not to mention fellow board members. In stories, you understand. I think you'd fit right in
