• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

I bought a shampoo and they sent me a free trial sized conditioner :D I've just ordered the spray for Charlie as he's so itchy at the minute :(

Barbara, how long did you leave the shampoo on? You can leavce it to dry on them and wash it off the following day if they are severe. I did that with Charlie the first time and he just continued to improve after that :)
