This is Dickens my parents Cavalier. He is responsible for us falling in love with this breed. He passed away this past September, just shy of 10th birthday, leaving a very big hole in all of our hearts.

Dickens - what a great name. Sorry to hear of his passing. What a legacy he has created with you and your sister, getting you all hooked on cavaliers. Are you parents considering getting another cavalier?

Well Charleen they keep saying no, but when I brought over the puppies Mom was saying how lonely Dad has been, and then my sister said Mom told her they would like another one. So I keep hoping they will eventually get a rescue also.
