This is already posted with a link previously, just so that folks are aware there are some ongoing threads on this too.

They are not sure where the point of contamination was. It could have been on foodstuffs imported for use in the food, or from other sources.

Hopefully what will happen is ALL companies will put in place pre-testing on ingredients before they go into processed foods. Very little is done now by ANY food companies.
