I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm in hybrid mode as well. It shows in the thread outline that there are more posts, but there's no apparent way to get to them once you read the posts that display on the screen UNLESS you click on the link in the outline, which means you have to scroll back up to the top of the screen.

The DogBlog has me scratching my head? When you set defaults they dont seem to take. I am not sure how you add friends to view or whether network means Cavalier Talk or all of their blogs? But I realize Cavalier Talk doesnt control that section - maybe I will figure it out later.

I was getting emails to alert me to replies even on this new format but I must have clicked on something because now they are gone. What can I do please?

I went into the member profile and it give a list of features that you can use or reject. I just clicked on what I wanted. Haven't tried it out yet so don't know if it works. I just selected "only registered members can read my posts"

I have this forum listed in my favourites and I click on the link each time to come online, no problems so far. Are you doing something different ???
