The Humberside branch of cavlier rescue, will be holding thier regular fundraising funday/show on July 15th (a Sunday) at Harworth Miners Welfare hall, Bircotes, near Doncaster. It's always well attended by cavaliers, both rescue and otherwise, and their owners and entry is £5.50 for adults, £4.50 for children. This includes a BBQ. When I attended in 2005 (going this year with Joly) this consisted of burger, hotdog or quiche with salad and fresh fruit salad or trifle.
They will have a heelwork to music display (used to be obedience, so maybe both), parade of the rescues, with past history and progress and the usual funday competitions, including dogand child fancy dress. There's also a club stall and tombola with good prizes.
