No more pets on flights
Air Canada has just announced it is banning all pets on all flights, period. Not allowed in the cabin nor in the baggage compartments. Now you must understand that Air Canada is pretty much the only option for Canadian travellers, save for a few small airlines.

That's really difficult; we had the same happen here with Aer Lingus; they will only carry dogs to the US/East Coast and maybe Chicago now.

All the more reason to fly Westjet! I'm really not a fan of Air Canada anyways...

Cathy,
Their reasoning was that they need the room for extra baggage caused by folks packing more, since the ban on liquids.
They just don't want to carry pets any longer. IMO.
There's always WestJet....and Tango, if it still exists.
I usually use American airline companies.....for obvious reasons.

Tango is Air Canada and, yes, I always fly WestJet when I can, but they don't fly everywhere.
