Zola was permanently getting ear infections and her ears used to smell awful as a result despite the best efforts of the vets and any drops that they would prescribe. Then I tried this stuff - http://www.zimfamilycockers.com/EarCleanerRecipe.txt The powdered boric acid was a little difficult to get hold of (I got it on ebay), but it works brilliantly and her ears have been fantastic ever since. I reckon I put it into her ears maybe once a month now.

I brush my guys ears daily (usually twice daily) and clean the insides weekly with Epi Otic.
