Surrenders only have 24 hours generally before being pts if the pound is busy. If you or someone you know is considering a cavalier cross, you can go directly to the pound Thursday (ring perhaps to see if the dog is still there) or contact the rescuers listed on the original post (NB I am NOT the rescue involved in helping this dog; queries need to go to the contacts at the link above ).

Do not email the contact as surrenders are extremely urgent and are only given a very short time -- any contact should be by phone.
