Hello and welcome!
You can add a profile pic (litte photo by your name) by clicking User CP in the menu bar above. (far left), then choose "edit profile Pic" and you will upload a photo from your computer. If you want to put a picture in your message, you will need to upload to a service like photobucket and link to it.

to the board. Looking forward to seeing :snap of your cavs, with that in mind, here's the answer to your question. Upload the photos onto www.flickr.com or some such site. Copy the image URL (usually available in a box under the picture when you select size options) then type [img] in your post. Immediately copy the url after the ]. Finish it off with [/img] no space between last letter of URL and the [. Hope this explains it. Looking forward to seeing lots of photos!
