• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Any Trainers here have CCPDT Certification?

We are due to do our exams in October. There are NO CCPDT certified trainers in Ireland so this is a big deal for us. The CCPDT have organised for us to sit our exams in a college here.

Quals and Certification means a lot to all of us. There are 4 of us taking the exam.

"The CCPDT's certification program is based on humane training practices and the latest scientific knowledge related to dog training. Competence and continued growth in training practices is promoted through the recertification of qualified professionals."

Most members are located in the US. I visited the testing suite in NYC last Monday.

The dog trainers we've taken our cavaliers to are CPDTs, and it's amazing how fun and positive the classes were! (y)
