I rang the guy up about these two & have passed his details onto breed rescue, he is expecting another one at weekend.

couldnt get a name of the "rescue" but have advised him on importance of home checks etc. they were just 19 weeks old both females

A lady picked both the dogs up yesterday

    The ad seemed odd.

Just called them as well. I asked if they were a 'rescue' and the man said yes?

apparantly he rescues dogs and has a lot of cavvies coming in, he also has other breeds, i am a coordinator for the jawt (japanese akita welfare trust) and have passed our details onto him together with other breed rescues.

i did push the point of advertising free to good home & not doing home checks - but im not sure if i made an impact or not.

bet your all wondering what on earth im doing on here having akitas! i will introduce myself in the relevant part!

I put them on here because they are advertised as free rather than making money out of them and they claim to be a rescue. Seems odd you couldn't get the name of the rescue though! Do they not do home checks? That seems odd too! I hope them two girls haven't been taken for breeding!
