• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Shedding

I think the white hair when shed is just more noticeable to most people.

Really it all depends on the individual dog. Lucy my blenheim probably sheds the most and Jaspar blenheim and Leo tri, the least. They have very smooth flat silky coats. Almost no hair comes up when they are brushed. Tons comes off Lucy, and Tansy, B&T.

Some puppies 'blow' their coat -- they will drop a lot of hair all at once and this will be replaced by the adult coat. But neither of my two that I had from puppyhood ever did this, so again. it varies by individual dog/genes.
