    OMG- is that the same dog? All matted and then shaved. I hope someone goes and gets that boy.

    Can someone drop an email to club breed rescue for that region? They probably know this dog needs help but it would be worth making sure.

    Cavalier Rescue contacted shelter but shelter wanted to adopt him out.

    Thanks for checking and posting that further info. God love him; he looks so worried and that is one of the worst neglect cases as far as coat matting I have ever seen in a rescue dog.
