    Default Tear in paw

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone had experience with a tear in your little Cavalier's paw. I discovered today that she has a little tear in her wrist paw, she must have hurt it while running around beaches/rocks etc!

I have a Ruby Cav and she is 9 months old.

What is the best thing I should do? I was wondering if there are good home remedies or if I should go to the vet? She is completely active and happy and doesnt seem to be bothered with it until i saw her licking her wound...

Thanks in advance for any insight!!

I think I would take her to the vets just to make sure there's nothing in the wound - always better to play safe.
