I don't see why not. Some experts say to give a dog cranberry juice for a UTI.
Cranberries can be good for your dog, as long as you don't give them to many.
They can prevent tooth decay, and reverse the effect of plaque. Atleast that is what I've heard.

Keep in mind though that the dried ones are likely very high in sugar. Not sure if they are the same as in the US, but in the US they add tons of sugar to them to make them more tasty. Otherwise the cranberries naturally are quite bitter.
