Ofcom adjudication tonight

I have been getting numerous group emails from cavalier breeders, telling me that the Ofcom adjudication of Pedigree Dogs Exposed will be published by the BBC tonight.
Knickers in a twist comes to mind.

What they don't seem to realise is just how very few points were accepted, and how many, many, complaints did not succeed.

"Ofcom has found that there was no unfairness to the Kennel Club in four aspects of the BBC programme "Pedigree Dogs Exposed" about which the Club complained to Ofcom. The Club's fifth area of complaint was that it was not given an appropriate opportunity to respond to 15 specific allegations. Ofcom has found that the Club was treated unfairly in four of those 15".

Ofcom also found that the programme was unfair to Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeder Mrs Virginia Barwell, as it did not convey her explanations for the very brief statements she was shown making in the programme, but again, this was only a small part of Mrs Barwell's complaint, and the complete ruling makes interesting reading.
It is on the Ofcom website.

Ofcom did not uphold the complaints from the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club

All in all, it will be a very short broadcast.
