Transport: Mountrath to Dublin

I have yet another cavalier coming in from the Limerick area -- the foster down there can bring him as far as Mountrath, just the other side of Portlaoise. Could anyone collect him in Mountrath and bring him either directly to Thelly in Kiltiernan or if you don't know where Thelly's is, to Bewleys' Hotel in Newlands Cross and I will meet you there and take him on to Thelly's? This is not urgent but I'd like to get this transport done over the coming week.

I've put my back out again so at the moment I am unable to share the driving with hubby (diabetic) sorry

He often gets Hypos so I have to be able to take over the driving.
