    Two lesions were found on my dog's soft palate typical of eosinophilic granulomas when he was having an MRI scan although he has never shown any symptoms. Should he be having treatment for this condition as nothing was mentioned at the time.

    Jane,

    Did you ever follow up treatment for this condition? I'm going through the same thing right now with my B/T. I have a follow-up appt Wednesday - just wondering what ended up happening?
