Hi Sharon,
I really like the Puppia harnesses, but our two don't like them being pulled over their heads either. Have you looked at the Puppia step in type harness? It's a jacket style that they step into which velcro's and clips at the back. At the moment, my two girls are wearing the zebra print ones and they look so cute (as well as them looking really comfortable in them)![]()

I found this one in a previous post. I havn't used them but there are lots of reviews and maybe some other members might have experience of these.

Dotty!- A Sweet Little Tri
Molly - Pretty Tri Dougall - Gorgeous Blenheim
Brian M has one of these!! They do look good but fiddly if you have more than one dog.
I love these - http://www.softouchconcepts.com/ they don't pull in them and even my badly affected Syringomyelia dog is comfortable in it. Easy to put on and off too.
Unfortunatley they no longer ship direct to the UK but you can get them from http://www.dogtrainingireland.ie/shop/catalog/ {Tara on the board}
These are really nice too

Hmm does it show that I have quite a collection?? {harnesses AND dogs LOL}
Someone also posted recently about the fleece lined ones - I think I did a while ago too!! Might be worth searching back for those - they can be made to fit any dog.
I use step in harnesses by Trixie, they are pretty and practical and some have matching leads. I nearly forgot, the puppy has one made by Wag 'n' Walk, very pretty and robust.

I ordered custom made step-in harness from this site on etsy(she was having a 2 for one sale) http://www.etsy.com/shop/3pooches
She ships everywhere and you can get collars, leads, and all other stuff in any combo you wish. My girls are great with the step-in and you can adjust each portion of the harness for a perfect fit.

I like the Up Country harnesses: http://www.upcountryinc.com/PRODTEMP...og%20Harnesses
They don't go near the neck and seem to be very comfortable for the dogs...

I have to say I love the puppia harnesses & fortunatly none of mine have any problems with them going over their head - well, not sure about Lucy yet, I tried Cassies Puppia on her earlier to see what size she would need & she wouldnt stand still long enough to put it onbut eventually got it on & it was way too big so ordered a small from DTI, but the vest style ones look really nice too - I only wonder if they might be a bit hot in the summer maybe?
