• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

There are some new spam scams circulating around that could compromise your account. If you get any emails that seem to come from this site ( or others you belong to!), always remember:

  • You will never be sent emails purporting to come from the site asking you to run a little attached programme to update your account
  • Or to click on a link to change your account details

If you get such an email, ignore it or come directly to the site through your browser (not clicking on any links in the email!) and log in. If there's anything you need to do -- for example, you will be auto-reminded to change your password now and then -- that notice will pop up when you log in to the site itself -- you never need to go through a link in an email, which will likely take you to a faked webpage.
