Oh Lucille, it is heart rending to see those pictures and hear your description of the state Bonnie was in. You are wonderful to take her in and look after her and I do hope she will quickly improve with both the vet's care and your TLC.

Bonnie did fantastic at the vet today...the lump is a possible hernia, will know more when they neuter her, if it's not that then it's a soft mass, nothing to worry about! Paul aged her between 8-10, her teeth are worn away, gums included!! Her anal glands were pretty bad but she was as good as gold while he emptied them, he thinks she has lung worm, this is what is causing her blueish Tongue & watery cough....NO detection of a heart murmur!!!!! He listened twice and for a good 5 minutes to be sure...again he will triple check when she goes in for her neuter (approx 3months time) we got her vaccinated too, she is backon Friday for another check up, just to be sure!
