HOMED: PTS list URGENT foster, cavalier/tibetan cross siblings

Need immediate foster for this lively little brother and sister. They are surrenders and are at PTS risk. They are down as tibetan/cavalier crosses. Very cute and at immediate risk as pounds are bursting, Dogs Trust is packed, and people always dump dogs right before a holiday... . They could be fostered separately.





They are currently NOT safe as they are still in the pound.
