I think you are UK based? All the posts here listing UK dogs are crossposted from the original rescue sites, so be sure keep an eye on listings for the right dog for your brother -- but then you will need to contact the rescue directly as no one here is actually rehoming the dogs themselves. I also have pinned at the top of the forum, all the contacts for UK breed rescue so you could contact them directly also.
