Oh that is a really sad case he looks so uncomfortable. So glad he is in rescue and a ticket sounds a very worthy cause.

Poor Ollie. He is obviously going through a lot. A very worthy cause to buy a ticket for.

What does the vet say? Looks a bit like an auto-immune disease to me, but of course I am not a vet.
