Karlin, I can go visit first thing in the morning. I can take him for a few days if he is not home booked, and longer if either Buster or Orla (a Martina foster) move on to their forever homes soon.

Yes he was. He was very thin and not a very happy dog.Owners were tracked down.
Maybe I should feel happy when I hear that a dog is reclaimed from the pound, but I'm not feeling happy about this one... I'm hoping that Robin is ok.

Oh I agree, what a state he's in and he looks so unhappy. I could cry for him, infact I've got tears now. Have the owners actually collected him?
Oh dear, I'm not sure that being reclaimed is the best thing for Robin. I lay in bed last night imagining where he was. I truly hope he will be ok.
