Please list them separately as either Found or Lost and indicate the area and the country or state in the subject, so that people have some idea of what they are looking at. If two dogs were found or lost together they can be in a single listing.

eg subject headings should be approximately like this:

LOST, Blackpool UK: Male blenheim 2 yrs
FOUND, San Francisco, CA: F B&T, 6 months
LOST, Dublin Ire: 2 M tricolours, age 2 & 5

Knowing whether you are looking at a lost listing or found listing immediately, will help increase the chances that such dogs get back to their original owners.
