    I thought he looked lovely as well, and seemed to be enjoying himself.
    Must say though, I'm glad the flatcoat retriever won. Now that was a dog who knew how to play the crowd!

    Thistle's paternal grandfather was shown in the veteran class, he'll be 9 this year. He's a previous Crufts BOB winner.

    West Country friends of mine got 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Post Graduate Bitch. I was absolutely thrilled for all of them.
