Ok DH did some fiddling on my laptop. He pressed buttons and when he pressed "INS" my functions have come back to me. Not sure why that works but I hope that helps anyone else having issues.

Glad it is working! Is anyone else still having problems?

My issues are solved too after re-installing windows.

Eeee. sorry you had to do an entire Windows reinstall! Actually the problem probably could have been resolved by clearing cookies. the cache, etc. I will post suggestions. But have to go find the right thread on the support forum.

It's impossible to know exactly what it is but some possibilities are: browsers, browser settings, cookies being blocked, Internet and security settings, ISP and/or cache issues, firewalls, ad-blockers, spyware, proxies and any other application that affects Internet content.
Thank you. I will have my husband give some of these a shot! Becky
Knock on woodthat this is now fixed for me! My husband tried everything suggested except uninstalling windows. Nothing worked. It didn't even work on his computer. So then we both tried IE and it worked for both of us. So we knew it was firefox related. So he reverted back to 3.5.6 and it is now working. I would install the new firefox but I do not like the new setup for it. So for the time being I do have my cursor back and I can press enter
Crossing all fingers and toes
Thank you Karlin!
