Sprink had her first airplane ride and visit to North Carolina to see family (and her brother/littermate) this week! Here are a few pics. More to come soon!

Love My Cavaliers- She did GREAT! I was so impressed and proud of her. Most people didn't even know she was there and the ones who did only knew because they were obsessed with her before we boarded lol.

I took some Rescue Remedy Pets with me just in case but she never needed it. She slept quietly in her kennel or chewed on a bone. I think it helped that she could see me the whole time while under the seat. I was a little worried about it stressing her out (we had two 45 minute flights) but when she came out of her kennel in Greenville she was her usual friendly happy go lucky self!

My other Cav Lexie flies a lot and does amazing as well so I'm starting to think that maybe Cavaliers are just great travelers haha.

Oh, what cute pictures!!! I wish I could take Brooklyn with me from Sydney to visit my family in the US! Ha, but I think that would be a bit much ;) Glad to hear she did so well though, that is really impressive! And she looked adorable for her travels too :)

What great pictures. She us a cutie. How much does she weigh? I haven't traveled with an animal, so I don't know the regulations. Thanks for sharing.

Chamberlain flew for the third time two weeks ago, he did great!

I always let him walk through the airport with me and hang out before we board. I only put him in his carrying case right before we board. Everyone loves him and stops to pet him and show me pictures of their dogs. I have meet a lot of cavalier owners at airports!

He does whine a little bit before we taxi off, so I give him a Benadryl that makes him nice and sleepy with no side effects. He just snoozes or chews on his bully stick.

I love the pictures!

Did not know you were visiting our area....

Hot time to be here but hope it was a great visit anyway! We live near Raleigh and Durham....

I've never flown with Nalu. It's OK to have them out on a leash in the airport?

The signs in the airport say "Please have your pet in carrier" but no one has ever told me to put Chamberlain away. I think it's because he's so stinking cute. lol :lotsaluv:
