    Default Good News!!!!

    Hi Everyone!!

I think a few of you know that Benji needs surgery for a luxating patella in his back left leg. The surgery was hanging on whether the insurance claim went through for his x-rays. I got the letter today to say it had gone through. They didn't contest it at all. So now we can sort out dates hopefully for a specialist to come in and do his surgery. To say i'm over the moon is an understatement!!!

Benji is now booked in at the vets for a free consultation on Monday, so we can discuss the surgery options and such. The only thing that could go wrong now is that the vets won't except payment straight from the insurance company but fingers crossed they will!

good luck for today, if they say they dont take the claim from the insurance ask if they would if they had a pre autorisation, my vets dont tend to deal with my insurance company but i asked to see if they would if they had the pre autorisation and they said yes which was a great weight off me as i didnt have 800 spare until the insurance came through
