New Pics of Lady

So I haven't been posting much recently. I was living and working in the country (South Australia) and in the last few weeks have had to move back to Adelaide to live with my parents for health reasons. It's been a very stressful time, but Lady is overjoyed. She is so happy to live with other people, especially since Dad works from home. She's very cute; she doesn't favour anyone and splits her time between myself, my Mum, Dad and brother. Very equal opportunity.

Dad and I found a brilliant dog training school and we had our introductory session last night. It's so nice to have his support with training. Because as I was alone and quite ill for many months, her training was falling behind and I wanted to be a better Mum to my furbaby.

I took some photos of Lady for the first time in ages and wanted to share. She's getting so big and I love her more and more each day.

Her new favourite toy, 'Ducky' (because the squeak sounds like a duck quack).

Love the second photo. Lady is a cutie.
Hope you health is improving and things are easier with your parents around.

So sorry to hear you've been poorly and hope you are getting better now.

It's great that you have support from your parents now, and sounds like Lady is loving it!!

Good news about the training school, I hope it is positive reward based training, as Cavaliers respond very well to that and it is the kindest method.

Thanks for sharing the photos.

Absolutely. Dad wasn't very familiar with rewards based training so the introductory session (which students attended without their dogs) was great. They had a PowerPoint presentation and explained the positive method in a very logical way. I'm glad he gets it now, because it would have been impossible if we were using opposite training methods with her. We're really excited about it!
