Default Saving and Emailing MRI Images from a CD

Does anyone know how to do this? I have a CD of MRI images and can't figure out how to save the images. It is in some type of MRI program that has a toolbar with rulers, etc at the top. Save is not an option in the File menu, nor does it come up when I right-click. I know the basics about computers, but that's it! How do I save these images to send in an email?

    Thank you!

Holly I don't think you will be able to e-mail the images, you have to have specialist software to do that.

Where are you trying to e-mail to? You might be able to get another copy of the CD if it is to forward to another neurologist or similar.

    Hi Nicki--

I think I've figured out (with some help! ) how to do a print screen and save them as a jpeg. Thanks!!

Yes that is one way to do it it if you don't need really high res images -- you can just do a screen shot of the image. I think Nicki is right otherwise -- you need the software to select and save an image.
