    The two usa breed clubs don't even have the SM breeding protocol. One lowered age of MVD protocol, there is no way to force them to follow protocols, so optomostic we are doing best here, no. However, I can point out a canadian regional club that is a good example but don't know how to start here beside supporting those few.

    I meant those who are following the MRI scheme voluntarily.... not that it is part of any protocol here in USA, even though it should be.
