Forrest did the same thing for a week or so. I was starting to think he was doing it on purpose. I mean it was every 45 minutes the ENTIRE night and I knew there was no way he really couldn't hold it. I thought it might just be that he enjoyed those few minutes when I took him out at night and he was either faking going to the bathroom or just not trying to hold it. So, we let him sleep with us, and guess what...he sleeps through the whole night now. I'm not suggesting this (even though he is so adorable when he tries to spoon with us) because I know not everyone wants their dog in bed, but I really think it was a comfort thing, and he just wanted to be near us. Maybe yours is doing the same...who knows. Also, I'm guessing how we handled it is the opposite of what you're supposed to do, but everyone sleeps great now and we're all happy
