New RVC Study Needs Cavaliers for MRIs of Hearts
Researchers at Royal Veterinary College need cavaliers with asymptomatic MVD for cardiac MRIs (cMRIs). They have developed a new echocardiographic scoring system, and they want to compare their results with the more accurate cMRIs.
They would prefer to conduct these cMRIs at the same time the dog is being MRI-scanned for other reasons, such as SM exams. So, coordination with the dogs' neurologists would be necessary.
