Ivy is not a huge fan of being washed and groomed.
At the moment it's an easy job as she's blown her coat,still,she hates having her day interrupted by shampoo and water and all that brushing and drying.

Ivy looks beautiful and what lovely long ears. Ollie has also lost a lot of coat over the last few weeks but you would`nt think so to look at him, hubby says we could make another cavalier out of all the hair that has been laying all over the carpets. Big brother Ollie sends his love.

It just means she's lost a huge amount of it.
She's not spayed and bitches can lose a lot of coat between seasons.She never had a profuse coat anyway so it's quite noticable at the moment.We vacuumed up quite a lot of dog hairs over the past few weeks!!
It's beginning to thicken up and grow again,but will take a while I think.
Her half sister has a lot of coat,but even she went threadbare for a while.
It may be that she's not destined to have a glamourous coat,we'll have to wait and see,she's still very much a baby.
