    I have a mixed cavalier/GSD family too (and the GSD 'learned' about sitting on sofas from the cavaliers... )

    Oh, lucky Burtie. He not only found a wonderful home - he found friends. Two of my cavaliers also started out life with a GSD. They are great dogs.
