I have found that cavalier's are so cute and sweet I can take Fletcher in a bunch of places where dogs are normally allowed ....like my son's school office, small shops even the hair salon where I get my hair done. But I have always been a doggie smuggler (sneaking them in with me)
I think this owner learned a lesson I hope.
