Drug Cerenia

Charlie's had a few bad days because of severe storm presssure changes.
So has anyone had experience with a drug called Cerenia, generic marpitant?

A couple of my Cavaliers are affected by air pressure, if they are displaying signs of discomfort, I normally give them some extra pain relief and possibly a tramadol! Humans sufferers are also affected by the weather/pressure ! Sorry I havn't got experience of this drug.

My sister's dogs use it for car sickness. It works great for them (prevents vomiting) and she has had no issue with it.

Not sure of the implications for SM dogs - they are not Cavaliers & do not have SM. My understanding is it's generally prescribed to stop vomiting or prevent nausea.

This is what Thistle got when she was vomiting so badly. It worked a charm for that.

I don't know that it does anything for SM.
