    Default Allergies and Omega 3

I was reading some information on the website of the holistic vet I am going to today. I thought this was interesting and wanted to know if I others knew this. It said that Omega 3 fatty acids are good for anti-inflammatory. It then mentions some things that they are found in and one was Salmon. I noticed when Elton was on food where the protein source was salmon, he did much better with his scratching.

Yes I agree with this. I take krill oil -which has Omega 3 in it for its anti-inflammatory properties

I give BB salmon oil in her food to help with the flea allergy. She is on flea preventatives but the bites cause her some discomfort and the oil seems to help with the itching.
