First post and introducing Milton, 6.5 weeks old

Just wanted to finally say hello, really enjoyed all the reading I've done here in the past and learnt so much, it's really helped us in our search, so I can finally introduce our new (soon) to be family member Milton. He's our first Cavalier and we've spent what feels like forever finding him. Really hope to spend more time here and sharing more photos and stories, only 12 more days until we can collect him and bring him home, it's been the longest 7 weeks ever so far, hope I've got picture size right etc. if I've done anything wrong please let me know,

Nice head and lots of potential for a good representative of his breed here, plus the prized lozenge. What a stunner. You must be so happy to have found such a beautiful pup and I wish you a long and happy life together. Thank you so much for sharing.

He's gorgeous! I'm sure he will bring you plenty of smiles!!

Keep the pictures coming....

He's a cutie! Best wishes for many years of wags and licks...he's going to be a wonderful addition to your family.

We finally got Milton home today, excuse the really bad photos, kids and iPhone do not mix well, once he's settled in I'll get some proper ones of him to share. Got to say we are in love, his breeder has done a fantastic job of socialising him and he's even mostly potty trained, he's such fun already and feels like he has been a member of the family forever, hope you enjoy.

Milton is simply adorable! It seems along time ago since my Jazz was a little puppy and they were so much fun.... even though shes still a naughty teenager now!!
One piece of valuable advice I got which i'll pass on to you was no matter how tiny he seems, make sure you socialise Milton every day(once he's fully vaccinated of course) ...don't be worried about bigger dogs either, they need to feel comfortable with any size of dog.... Jazz is so good when she meets other dogs now and understands doggy etiquette!! It means I can relax when we're out walking knowing she won't get fearful.

Aaaaw! He was well worth the wait. The pictures are great - a beautiful, happy and well loved puppy. So glad that he is adjusting so well!

Joan
