Please take two minutes to read
I know this photo is really distressing, it breaks my heart to imagine the suffering of this poor wee girl, but please, please could you sign the petition and share, to get the government to finally act. At least her suffering won't have been in vain if it raises awareness and changes the law. TV vet Marc Lee Abraham is heading the campaign
The petition has already achieved 48,591 signatures, it will be considered for debate by the Backbench Business Committee should it pass the 100 000 signature threshold.

Sadly, cannot express outrage (through this petition) if you don't live in UK. I'm in the US and was rejected. Is there any link all humanity can respond to this outrageous behavior - and that will speak directly to this case?

Thanks Mel and Karen.
Thank you for trying badge511 - this position will be restricted to UK only, as once it achieves 100,000 signatures, it is considered for debate by the government, hence why you are required to submit your address, to prove you are genuine.
There are campaigns all over the world - Sadly it's a problem in many countries. http://www.humanesociety.org/issues/puppy_mills/ is a starting point for you.
