I have this sign, what does Xing means.

It is sort of an acronym or short version for "crossing" - meaning that this is a path that Cavaliers use to get somewhere. It is modeled after real street signs that warn drivers of children crossing (to a school, playground, etc.) or (in my area) deer crossing the street or highway in an area where they are known to regularly cross a road. These breed crossing signs are kind of a joke - owners really don't have Cavaliers crossing a street or path unsupervised and off leash!!

Shelter dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human, we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. Do not pity a shelter dog. Adopt one.
That's the last sign we'd have to have up for our Charlie. He stays well away from strangers.
