• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

1 year old cavalier itching and hair loss

Hi everyone, my cavalier boy has recently turned 1 year old and we have recently noticed that he has lost all of to hair on his tummy. He is also itching a lot and is losing lots of hair constantly. We have changed the cleaning products that we use as we have laminate floors. He usually eats cavalier royal canin food, I've ordered som royal canin hypo allergenic food for him. His paws are also dry and cracked. Is it usual for dogs to lose so much hair or does he need a vet visit?
