• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Donating to the DNA research effort

The CKCS Club (UK) has posted information on how to donate towards the cavalier DNA research drive (to tackle syringomyelia, MVD, epilepsy and increase both canine and human knowledge in these areas. Many people have asked in the past if and where they can donate money (you can also donate your cavalier's DNA, full info on doing that in the FAQ section under Health). Here are the details on how to donate to the research group in the UK, US or Canada (this is now an international effort):

All Donations in North America should be designated towards the "Dr. Berge Minassian's Syringomyelia DNA Research" by writing this clearly on the top front of the cheque. This is immediately picked up by Gift Admin people in the Foundation. Gifts can be eligible for IRA tax receipts. Note below who to make chequea payable to.
