I hope nobody minds me posting this and I believe it is a Charlie and not a Cavalier but I am trying to spread the word to find this little poppet.

""I received a telephone call from a Mrs Sullivan this morning, she had builders in working and sadly her dog got out yesterday from her home in Fairlight, Hastings, East Sussex. Can you please put her on yours lists:

4 YEAR OLD KING CHARLES SPANIEL - BITCH - NAMED EASYEE

TRI COLOURED BUT MAINLY BLACK AND WHITE BUT HAS BROWN EYE BROWS.

NOT SPAYED BUT CHIPPED. WEARING A BLACK NYLON CLIP COLLAR.

Maybe Mrs Sullivan could try printing off posters showing a photo of the wee one, and putting them up all around the area, including in the vets. This can be very effective.

Received this information today and permission given to crosspost for those lovely folk who issued the news. Thanks to everyone who helped with thoughts and prayers for this little one safe and sound now back at home.

Good news about the Cavalier lost in East Sussex. Our local
papers are today full of the good news that she has been found. A
lady who left a false name and address, handed the little bitch into
one of our local Vet's office. According to the owner, the dog had
been rather dirty due to the building work going on at home, but
during her "absence" she had been bathed and pampered as though
being prepared for sale.

been microchipped. Perhaps her "finder" read this and decided to
hand the dog in.
